As a Dispensing Nozzle manufacturer, we offer a variety of precision nozzles from 0.03mm diameter to the world. We take advantage of our high precision machining technology to develope kaika nozzles with cooperation from a filament manufacturers, printer manufacturers and 3D printing users.

※ I.D=0.1mm nozzles have a tendency to become clogged as the diameter is extremely small. Please handle with care.
※ Pins to help declog I.D=0.1mm nozzles are included with the nozzle.
※ kaika 7 series has only I.D=0.3mm and I.D=0.4mm nozzles.

The Tecdia original shape that does have a Teflon tube insert, allowing the filament to be sufficiently melted.
■ kaika 6 series
30 degree sharp inner diameter taper angle. Outer diameter is set to 120 degrees instead of 60 degrees to improve the leveling (ironing) effect and mitigates the impact of the tip, while also securing sufficient heat capacity.
■ kaika 7 series
Lineup two types of thread shapes. Please select according to your device.
Boasts a two-step tapered 120 degree tip with a general outer diameter slope of 80 degrees. Improves the leveling (ironing) effect and mitigates the impact of the tip, while also securing sufficient heat capacity.
The thread pitch can be changed from 1.0mm to 0.5mm or 0.75mm for the kaika8 series. (additional 2,000 yen)
【Features of kaika】
1.Internal design that allows for smooth extrusion
The inner shape uses the tapered shape of 【ARQUE】, Tecdia's original dispenser nozzle, which has no internal step in order to make a smooth tube of the filament.
2. Reduces the accumulation and leaking of the filament by removing face C of the interface.
Eliminates unnecessary gaps between nozzle and the throat on the device side, preventing filament accumulation and retention.
3.Outer diameter dimensions select for both "leveling (ironing)" properties and high precision dispensing.
Sets the end face area of the difference between the inner and outer diameters of the nozzle tip to the best value. We have found the suitable external dimensions not only for ironing but also for precision dispensing.
4.Achieves the desired printing by suppressing the surface roughness of the inner diameter.
Polishing scratches and irregularities that occur during processing inside the nozzle are minimized with our unique processing technology. The fluidity of the material is improved due to the low surface roughness.
5.Use serial number management for tracking and improvement for our product.
Serial numbers are engraved on every single nozzle for detecting abnormalities and improving next-generation models.
