section applies only to customers who have purchased the applicable products.
Use of the kaika S16 Series requires a separate purchase of “CONCH for kaika” from the Phaetus official online store.

Compatible Printers: A1 / A1 Mini / H2D / H2S / H2C (Left) / P2S
・The hotend features a precision notch
design that enables true hot tightening at printing temperature.
・This product includes a newly designed
silicone sock compatible with the P2S, allowing use without any modification.
※All
performance, specifications, and quality matters related to the hotend fall
under the responsibility of Phaetus.

<Regarding the Use of kaika S16>
・The upcoming 0.1 mm / 1.0 mm nozzles
are intended for use with user modification and profile tuning.
・Please ensure that nozzle tightening
is performed under heated conditions (at or near operating temperature). Tightening
at room temperature or under preheating only may result in issues such as
filament leakage.

Information Regarding the Use and Handling of Products Sold on This Site>
<Prohibited
Activities>
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
・Purchasing for the purpose of resale
・Use for purposes other than 3D printing
・Development or production of hazardous
materials using this product
If any of the above activities are identified, the Company shall not be
held responsible under any circumstances.
<Important Notes>
[Regarding Nozzles]
・Surface
discoloration may occur during long-term storage; however, this does not affect
product performance.
・Returns
or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of defective products.
・Installation
and replacement of the nozzle must be carried out at the customer’s own
responsibility. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from such
actions.
・The
0.1 mm nozzle is designed for precision printing, and output quality is highly
dependent on usage conditions, settings, and material characteristics. Please
ensure sufficient optimization before use.
[Regarding Prusa Accessory Parts]
■
Warranty Period
・The warranty period is one (1) year.
・Individual parts are covered under
warranty; however, repair services and shipping costs are not included (factory
repairs are subject to a fee).
■
Cases Where the Warranty Becomes Void
Please note that the warranty will be void in the following cases:
・Failure to follow the instructions in the
user manual
・Lack of regular maintenance
・Improper use or unsuitable installation
environment (e.g., high temperature, high humidity, dust)
・Unauthorized modifications or upgrades
(including hardware and software)
・Wear and tear from normal use (not covered
under warranty)
・Wear of accessory parts due to normal use
(not covered under warranty)

Warranty Service Policy
・The Prusa warranty is limited to repair or
replacement only. Refunds or exchanges for different products are not included.
・Repairs or parts arrangements will be
carried out only after official approval from Prusa.
・In the event of an issue, please do not
return the product immediately. Kindly contact us first.
・Even if you contact Prusa directly,
support cannot be provided for products purchased through our store. Please be
sure to contact us first.
■ If
You Experience an Issue with the Product
If you encounter any issues, please contact us via the kaika shop inquiry form
or our official email address ([email protected]) with the following
information:
・Customer name (order holder)
・Purchase date and order number
・Product serial number (indicated on the
sticker attached to the plastic packaging)
・Details of the issue (description of the
problem)
・Photos or videos (if available)
・When and how the issue occurred (timing
and trigger, e.g., after which operation)
※We
will typically respond to inquiries within 2–3 business days, excluding
weekends, public holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays.
[Shipping
& Customs Duties]
・Shipping fees for orders outside Japan are
borne by the customer (free shipping within Japan).
・For international shipments, customs
duties and import fees are not included in the shipping cost. All such
charges are the responsibility of the customer.
・For security reasons, shipments to certain
regions may be restricted.
[Issuance
of Receipts]
Receipts
will, in principle, be issued under the name of the purchaser.
If you require the receipt to be issued under a company name or other
designation, please indicate this in the order notes at the time of purchase.
